Cork & Kindle will offer a refund for any valid request with the unused product within 30 Days. We stand by our product and just ask that you contact us with your concerns first so we may better our designs and service.

 The customer is responsible for shipping on returns unless the error is on our part. Contact customer service for information on creating a return label and how/where to ship or drop off returns at our facility. Once the return is received and approved, you will be refunded via the payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours after the return is received for credit to be processed. Original shipping charges are at our discretion if they shall be refunded.

As a small growing business our we must add Shipping and Handling to your purchase. Your order will be shipped within 2 business day through Canada Post.
