Fun, interactive & customized cocktail making classes for you & your friends in your home, office or wherever

WE HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED

Don't fret, we bring all the tools, non-alcoholic ingredients i.e Citrus, Syrups, Bitters, Garnishes  

​

We can bring all the booze we simply provide a shopping list and ask for payment in advance but you get to keep all that's left. Or we can use what you already have behind your home bar 

​

The cocktails you can learn about can either be our essential classics list or for a little extra a custom cocktail collection of whatever your curious to learn about

A CLASS AND A PARTY

Whether you want an in-depth class about how to execute cocktails yourself....or you just want your friends to make you some amazing drinks all night. After the class, anyone can hop behind your bar and keep the party going.

WHAT THE NIGHT LOOKS LIKE

  • Start the night off with a welcome cocktail

  • You will learn about Ingredients, technique, tools, recipes, history, batching from your experienced teacher 

  • 2 guests will step behind the bar and each makes the same drink with a different twist. Take a picture of your creation. The group will then taste and compare 

  • Everyone gets a recipe booklet to follow along

  • At the end of the night, every guest can come up and remake their favorite drink and keep it all for themselves

YOUR INSTRUCTOR

ALEX JAMES

Alex has been a Bartender, Manager at some of Toronto's Top restaurants. Teaching cocktail classes at the renowned Toronto Temperance Society. He is now Distilling at Dillons Distillery to cover every level of spirits and cocktail knowledge and happy to share what he knows with you.
